| dc.description.abstract | 저방사 유기 기상 젯프린팅 방법 및 장치가 제시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 저방사 유기 기상 젯프린팅 장치는, 유기물을 가열하여 기화시키며 수송 기체를 공급 받아 기화된 상기 유기물과 함께 이송시키는 소스 챔버부; 및 상기 소스 챔버부로부터 기화된 상기 유기물 및 상기 수송 기체를 공급 받아 분사구를 통해 토출시키는 노즐부를 포함하고, 상기 노즐부의 적어도 일부는 저방사율 물질로 코팅되어 상기 기판에 가해지는 열 부하를 감소시키는 저방사 코팅부를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. | - |
