dc.description.abstract | In this paper, lateral, longitudinal and angular misalignment detecting system using wireless power transfer system is proposed. Rather than using conventional wireless power transfer(WPT) system that uses single Tx and single Rx coil, single Tx coil with four loops and four independent coils are used to transfer electrical energy. The purpose of proposed system is to detect the location of vehicle’s Tx and Rx coils by comparing absolute and relative voltage levels at Rx coils, and use misalignment data to auto-park the vehicle. The feasibility of proposed system was verified by simulation and experiment, and with the use of proposed system it is expected to be able to find location of vehicle efficiently without use of any extra sensor. | - |
