dc.description.abstract | Flexible and Wearable display have received lots of attention as future-oriented electronic devices for convenience of life style of human being. For wearable display, overcoming the high technique barrier are required such as ultra-thin, bendable and durable against mechanical stress. Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED), which is one of a display driving system have got interest to applicate in flexible display. Although the OLED is very suitable in flexible electronics, appropriate flexble electrode should be prepared to drive OLED stabely. Lots of flexible electrode have been researched such as Indium tin oxide, Graphene, Carbon nanotube, metal nanoparticle. Etc. But it is still difficult to find suitable electrode for flexible OLED.w Herein, We demonstrated a Silver nanowire (AgNW) / Polymer composite electrode for applicate in flexible OLED. The fabricated electrode shows ultra-smooth ( RMS roughness < 1nm ) and low sheet resistance ($10\omega/sq$) which leads to leakage-free operation. And also, we used Xenon flash lamp induced intensive pulsed light (IPL) annealing to induce plasmonic welding of AgNW which leads to much lower sheet resistance of electrode. From this fabricating method, we could realize high performance flexible OLED. | - |
