dc.description.abstract | Unlike conventional silicon solar cells, organic solar cells have the potential to become next-generation portable energy sources due to their low cost and flexibility. However, organic solvents such as chloroform and chlorobenzene to process these organic electronic devices are highly toxic. If environmental regulation is not overcome, it is difficult to commercialize organic solar cells. In this research, we have developed a water / ethanol soluble fullerene for environmentally friendly organic solar cell and optimized the molecular structure of the material to improve its electrical performance. | - |
