To improve cancer immunotherapy, combination of checkpoint blockade therapy and immunogenic chemotherapy have been administrated in clinical. Immunogenic chemotherapy induce the immunogenic cell death (ICD) of cancer and sensitize the cancer to checkpoint blockade. However, recently, expression of CD47 proteins, which inhibit the phagocytosis of phagocytosis cells like macrophage, have been reported that was counterbalanced with Calreticulin, one of the immunogenic molecules from ICD. In this research, we developed the nanoparticles that loaded CD47 siRNAs and immunogenic cell death inducer drugs. Moreover we assigned the nanoparticles to control the release of each drugs to maximizing the combination effects.
