dc.description.abstract | Among the quantum light sources that are the key elements of quantum information communication, the semiconductor light sources based on the semiconductor quantum dots have advantages as well as electric driving, and in particular, the nitride quantum dots formed on the pyramid apex are attracting attention as room temperature operation and optical characteristics. However, pyramidal quantum dot not only spread out the signal due to the sharp structure but also cause quantum wells as well as quantum dots to be formed when the pyramidal quantum dots are grown by the metal organic chemical vapor deposition method. Therefore, this study proposed two processes to increase photon collection efficiency by solid immersion lens and increase the purity of quantum light by selective quantum well etching. | - |
