Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) has drawn attention as a new imaging technique for visualizing vasculatures in vivo. The retina and choroid in the eye are highly vascularized tissue and many retinal and choroidal diseases are involved with the alteration or abnormality in vascular structure and blood flow. In this thesis, the development of high-speed OCTA system is presented as well as the application of OCTA in clinical and preclinical studies.
