높은 신호대잡음비를 갖는 광용적맥파 센서를 위한 저각도 광학투과필터의 제조 방법 및 이를 구비한 광용적맥파 센서Method for manufacturing Optical Low Angle Pass Filter for PPG sensor having high SNR and PPG sensor comprising the same
본 발명은 높은 신호대잡음비를 갖는 광용적맥파 센서를 위한 저각도 광학투과필터의 제조 방법 및 이를 구비한 광용적맥파 센서에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 마이크로 프리즘 어레이를 UV 레진을 이용하여 복제하는 제 1 단계(S100), 제 1 단계(S100)에 의한 UV 레진 상부에 기설정된 두께 이상의 알루미늄 미러를 증착하는 제 2 단계(S200), 상기 제 2 단계(S200)에 의한 알루미늄 미러를 증착한 UV 레진에 굴절률 매칭을 위한 인덱스 매칭층(index matching spacer)을 형성하는 제 3 단계(S300) 및 상기 제 3 단계(S300)에 의한 인덱스 매칭층을 형성한 UV 레진의 상부를 PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane)판을 이용하여 평탄화하는 제 4 단계(S400)를 포함하는 높은 신호대잡음비를 갖는 광용적맥파 센서를 위한 저각도 광학투과필터의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
