구조체 배열을 이용한 무손실 대면적 태양광 발전 시스템 및 그 제조 방법Lossless Photovoltaic System using Patterned Array and Method of Manufacturing thereof
구조체 배열을 이용한 무손실 대면적 태양광 발전 시스템 및 그 제조 방법이 제시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 구조체 배열을 이용한 무손실 대면적 태양광 발전 시스템은, 구조체 배열의 패턴이 형성된 비평면형 구조를 가진 기판; 및 상기 패턴이 형성된 상기 기판의 집광부에 형성되는 태양전지를 포함하고, 상기 기판에 형성된 상기 구조체 배열은, 빛이 상기 태양전지가 형성되지 않은 면에 입사하는 경우 반사를 통해 상기 집광부에 도달하도록 할 수 있다.
