| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 나노 구조물 제조 방법 및 나노 구조물 제조용 스탬프 제조 방법 에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 금속 촉매 식각 방법과 나노임프린트 리소그래피 기술을 접목하여 더 미세한 채널을 형성할 수 있는 나노 구조물 제조 방법 및 나노 구조물 제조용 스탬프 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 하나 이상의 금속 촉매 박막이 일면에 구비된 베이스부를 포함하는 스탬프를 기판에 밀착시켜, 상기 베이스부와 상기 기판 사이에 상기 금속 촉매 박막이 끼여있는 샌드위치를 형성하는 단계와 상기 샌드위치를 기판 식각용액에 침지하여, 상기 금속 촉매 박막의 가장자리에 유발된 식각 현상에 의해 상기 기판에 나노 채널을 형성시키는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. | - |
