그래핀/고분자 복합섬유 구조의 열전재료 및 그의 제조방법Graphene Polymer Composite Fiber as thermoelectric materials and Fabrication and manufacturing method thereof
본 발명은 그래핀/고분자 복합섬유 구조의 열전재료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 자세하게는 산화그래핀을 분산매에 분산시켜서 산화그래핀 분산액을 형성하는 단계,상기 산화그래핀 분산액에 전도성 고분자를 포함하는 산용액을 첨가하여 중합하는 단계, 상기 중합된 산화그래핀 분산액을 방사하여 산화그래핀/고분자 복합섬유 구조의 열전재료를 제조하는 단계 및 상기 산화그래핀/고분자 복합섬유 구조의 열전재료를 진공상태에서 환원 및 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 그래핀/고분자 복합섬유 구조의 열전재료의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법으로 제조된 복합섬유 구조의 열전재료에 관한 것이다.
