산화전이금속의 함침을 통한 이산화탄소로부터 붕소가 도핑된 탄소소재의 제조방법Method of Synthesizing Boron-Doped Carbon Materials from Carbon Dioxide by Impregnation of Transition Metal Oxide
본 발명은 산화전이금속 함침 및 이탈을 통하여 이산화탄소로부터 붕소가 도핑된 탄소소재를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 이에 의하여 제조된 탄소소재는 전기화학적 성능이 향상되어 연료전지의 양극재료, 전기에너지 저장장치인 슈퍼커패시터의 전극 재료 그리고 차세대 2차 전지인 레독스 흐름전지의 전극 물질로 사용될 수 있다.
