본 발명은 유전체 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게, 본 발명에 따른 유전체 필름의 제조방법은 자기조립 고분자, 유전체 겔 및 산화 그래핀(GO; Graphene Oxide)을 함유하는 자기조립 액을 도포하여, 자기조립구조 안에 환원된 산화 그래핀이 삽입된 구조를 제조하는 단계를 포함한다.
