본 발명은 혈전성 혈소판 감소성 자반증(thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura)환자의 혈장으로부터 분리한 분자량 37kDa의 단일 펩타이드로 구성되고 혈소판 응집 효과를 갖는 트롬빈 유사 단백질 및 황산 암모늄 침전, 투석, DEAE-세파셀(Sephacel)컬럼 크로마토그래피, 콘(Con) A-세파로즈(Sepharose)컬럼 크로마토그래피 및 슈퍼로즈(Superose)12젤 여과 크로마토그래피 단계를 포함하는 상기 단백질의 분리 정제 방법에 관한 것이다.
