| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 마이크로파 오븐의 마그네트론에서 발생된 고주파가 가열실의 외부로 누설되는 것을 방지하기 위한 고주파 누설방지 장치에 관한 것이다.전자레인지에서 사용하는 마이크로파는 인체에 유해하므로 그 고주파가 누설되는 것을 방지해야 하며 종래의 기술로는 본체와 문짝사이에 도전성 고무를 삽입하거나 페라이트등을 사용한 전자 흡수체를 이용하였는데 제품 생산성이나 금속 섬유 분포등의 문제가 있었다.본 발명에서는 고무 및 고분자 화합물에 종횡비가 1.5에서 4.0 장축의 크기가 0.1-0.5MM인 도전체,즉 탄소 섬유,알루미늄,아연 및 스테인레스강의 세선이나 플레이크를 0.01-10.0 중량 첨가하고 페라이트 분체를 60-80 중량 첨가하여 각각 일정비율로 혼합하여 고주파 누설 방지판을 제조하였다. | - |
