벽면 반사에 의한 음파의 지연 시간을 통한 온도장 측정 방법 및 시스템Acoustic pyrometry using the measured time delays of sound propagation including the wall reflections
벽면 반사에 의한 음파의 지연 시간을 통한 온도장 측정 방법 및 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 온도장 측정 방법은, 음원에서 발생된 음파가 제1 경로로 수신되는데 소요된 제1 지연 시간과 음파가 제2 경로로 수신되는데 소요된 제2 지연 시간을 계산하고, 지연 시간들을 이용하여 음원이 배치된 측정 대상면의 온도장을 측정한다. 이에 의해, 음원-센서 개수의 증가 없이도 추가적인 입력 정보를 획득할 수 있으므로 일정 수준 이상의 측정 정확도 확보가 가능해진다.
