변이 미생물을 이용한 4-하이드록시페닐젖산의 제조방법Preparing Method of 4-hydroxyphenyllactic Acid Using Variant Microorganism
본 발명은 DAHP 합성효소(3-deoxy-D-arabinoheptulosonate-7-phosphate synthetase)를 코딩하는 유전자와 코리스메이트 뮤테이즈/프리페네이트 디하이드로게나이제 (chorismate mutase / prephenate dehydrogenase)를 코딩하는 유전자가 도입 또는 증폭되어 있고, 젖산디하이드로게나이제(lactate dehydrogenase)를 코딩하는 유전자가 도입되어 있는 4-하이드록시페닐젖산 생성능을 가지는 변이 미생물 및 이를 이용하여 다양한 파생화합물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 변이 미생물 및 4-하이드록시페닐젖산의 제조방법은 다양한 파생화합물 및 4-하이드록시페닐젖산을 고수율로 제조하는 데 유용하다.
