dc.description.abstractThe present invention relates to new uridine 5'-diphosphate (UDP) glycosyl transferase, and more particularly to the new UDP glycosyl transferases from ginseng and its application, the method for preparing glycosylation ginsenoside by using UDP glycosyl transferases conversion protopanoxadiol (PPD) type ginsenoside, including UDP glycosyl transferases, the composition that PPD type ginsenosides are changed into glycosylation ginsenoside of transformant or its culture as active ingredient, the method that UDP glycosyltransferases expressions are improved using MeJA (methyl jasmonate), and the composition including MeJA as the raising UDP glycosyltransferases expressions of active ingredient.-
