| dc.description.abstract | 펨토초 레이저에서 발생된 광 펄스열의 타이밍 지터 특성을 매우 넓은 범위의 푸리에 주파수에 걸쳐서 측정해내는 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 펨토초 레이저의 타이밍 잡음 측정 장치는, 제1 광 펄스열을 생성하는 제1 레이저, 제2 광 펄스열을 생성하는 제2 레이저, 상기 제1 광 펄스열 및 상기 제2 광 펄스열 사이의 타이밍 오차에 기초하여 제1 출력 신호를 생성하는 균형 광 상호상관기, 상기 제1 출력 신호를 통과시켜 제2 출력 신호를 생성하는 루프 필터, 및 상기 제1 출력 신호에 기초하여 잠금 대역폭 주파수보다 높은 푸리에 주파수에서의 제1 타이밍 잡음을 측정하고, 상기 제2 출력 신호에 기초하여 상기 잠금 대역폭 주파수보다 낮은 푸리에 주파수에서의 제2 타이밍 잡음을 측정하는 측정부를 포함할 수 있다. | - |
