영상의 공간 해상도 증가 장치 및 방법Apparatus and method for increasing spatial resolution of image
영상의 공간 해상도 증가 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은, 대상 객체의 이동 전후에 에너지 노출(energy exposure)을 달리하여 획득한 영상을 토대로 최종 영상을 획득한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 픽셀 안에 복수 개의 비교기를 두지 않아도, 즉 비교기를 증가하지 않아도 영상의 공간 해상도를 증가시키며 에너지 정보를 획득할 수 있고, 비교기가 증가되지 않기 때문에 소모되는 파워를 줄일 수 있으며, 디텍터 픽셀 면적의 증가없이 에너지 정보를 획득할 수 있다.
