기능성 고분자 박막을 이용한 일함수가 조절된 전극의 제조방법Method of Manufacturing Electrode Having Controlled Work Function Using Functional Polymer Thin Film
본 발명은 전극의 효율을 높이기 위해 일함수가 감소되거나 증가되거나 조절된 전극의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 전자받개 그룹을 포함하는 단량체와 전자주개 그룹을 포함하는 단량체의 고분자 박막을 전극에 증착할 경우, 일함수가 감소되거나 증가되거나 원하는 일함수로 조절된 전극을 얻을 수 있다.
