저지연 서비스를 위한 통신 장치 및 방법APPARATUS AND METHOD OF COMMUNICATING FOR LOW LATENCY SERVICE
연결 상태(connected state) 및 유휴 상태(idle state) 중 어느 하나로 천이(transition)될 수 있는 가상 연결 상태(virtually-connected state)를 유지하는 단말기가 제공된다. 상기 단말기는 기설정된 조건에 따라, 기지국과의 연결에 연관되는 가상 연결 상태(virtually-connected state)로의 천이(transition)를 결정하는 프로세서, 상기 기지국과의 데이터 통신을 위한 N-CRNTI(Node-Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier)를 저장하는 메모리 및 상기 N-CRNTI에 대응하는 스케쥴링 메시지를 수신하는 통신부를 포함할 수 있다.
