구조규칙성 다공성 티타늄 질화물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 리튬-공기전지Ordered Mesoporous Titanium Nitride, Preparing Method Thereof, And Lithium-Air Battery Comprising the Same
본 발명은 복수의 기공들이 형성된 다공성 티타늄 질화물에 관한 것이다. 이에 의하여, 본 발명의 다공성 티타늄 질화물은 리튬-공기전지의 공기극으로 사용될 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 탄소를 사용하지 않음으로써 용량과 사이클 특성, 안정성 등이 개선된 우수한 성능의 리튬-공기전지에 활용될 수 있다.
