본 발명은 고농도 및 고수율의 프로판올 (propanol) 생성능을 가지는 변이 미생물 및 이를 이용한 프로판올의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 쓰레오닌 (threonine)으로부터 프로판올의 생합성에 관여하는 효소들을 코딩하는 유전자가 도입되어 있는 고농도 및 고수율의 프로판올 (propanol) 생성능을 가지는 변이 미생물 및 이를 이용한 프로판올의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
