유전체 정보 기반 질병 예측 방법 및 장치Disease susceptibility and causal element prediction method based on genome information and apparatus therefor
유전체 정보 기반 질병 예측 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 질병 예측 방법은 유전체(genome) 정보를 수신하고, 상기 수신된 유전체 정보를 단일 염기 다형성(SNP) 위치 및 유전체형(genotype)들을 포함하는 원-핫 벡터 형태로 변환하는 단계; 상기 원-핫 벡터와 미리 결정된 질병들 정보를 포함하는 벡터 간의 상호 정보(mutual information)를 이용하여 상기 단일 염기 다형성(SNP) 위치 및 유전체형(genotype)들 중 일정 개수의 주요 단일 염기 다형성(SNP) 위치 및 유전체형(genotype)들을 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 결정된 주요 단일 염기 다형성(SNP) 위치 및 유전체형(genotype)들에 기초하여 질병을 예측하는 단계를 포함한다.
