신규 펩타이드 및 이의 용도Novel peptides and uses thereof
본 발명은 380번째 내지 C-말단의 아미노산 잔기가 결실된 피브리노겐 감마 사슬 또는 이를 발현하는 폐암 세포에 결합하는 신규 펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 펩타이드 또는 이의 변이체는 폐암세포에 특이적으로 결합하므로 폐암의 표적치료와 진단 등에 광범위하게 활용될 수 있다.
