【과제】간염, 간경변, 지방간, 간부전 및 간암으로 구성되는 간질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료 방법의 제공.
【해결 수단】진세노사이드 F2는 간의 지방 형성 및 축적을 억제하고 염증 세포의 활성을 억제하는 제어성 T세포의 분포를 증가시켜 간염을 보호하고, 제어성 T세포에 있어서 항염증성 사이토카인인 IL-10의 발현을 증가시키고 나이브 T세포에 있어서 Th17 세포로의 분화를 억제하고 효과적으로 다양한 간질환을 치료할 수 있다. 진세노사이드 F2를 이용한 약학 조성물, 기능성 식품, 사료 조성물도 제공한다.
