본 발명은 코어-쉘 구조의 아연계 촉매 미립자를 이용한 이산화탄소의 환원 방법 및 이를 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 이산화탄소에 대한 탁월한 전환 활성으로 화석연료의 과도한 사용으로 야기되는 대기 중의 이산화탄소의 발생량을 대폭 저감시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 경제적인 공정으로 이산화탄소를 고에너지 연료로 재순환이 가능하다.
