복합 나노구조체 및 이의 제조방법Hybrid Nanostructures and Method for Preparing the Same
본 개시 내용의 구체예에 따르면, 물리적 외력(예를 들면, 러빙 등의 전단변형력과 같은 수평 및/또는 수직 방향 힘) 및/또는 화학적 자극이 반복적으로 가해지는 경우에도 물성을 안정적으로 유지할 수 있고, 적절한 후속 표면 개질을 통하여 바이오센서를 비롯한 다양한 기술 분야에 적용 가능한 복합 나노구조체 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다.
