차량의 스크래치 알림 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 차량의 스크래치 알림 장치는 차량의 외부에 흐르는 전류의 세기를 측정하는 인터페이스와, 상기 전류의 세기가 설정치를 초과하는 경우, 상기 차량에서 스크래치(scratch)가 발생한 것으로 판단하고, 상기 스크래치 발생에 대한 알림을 상기 차량과 연관된 이동 단말에 제공하는 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다.
