| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 페록시레독신(Peroxiredoxin; Prx) I 또는 II 단백질을 포함하는 엑소솜(Prx I/II:EXPLOR)을 대량으로 제조하는 방법, 상기 엑소솜 제조에 사용될 수 있는 엑소솜 제조용 벡터, 상기 방법으로 제조된 페록시레독신(Peroxiredoxin; Prx) I 또는 II 단백질을 포함하는 엑소솜 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항산화용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 페록시레독신(Peroxiredoxin; Prx) I 또는 II 단백질을 포함하는 엑소솜의 제조방법을 이용하면, 페록시레독신(Peroxiredoxin; Prx) I 또는 II 단백질을 포함하는 엑소솜을 높은 수율로 제조할 수 있으므로, 상기 엑소솜을 이용하여 항산화용 조성물 또는 암, 동맥경화, 호흡기 질환, 골다공증, 비만 및 퇴행성 치매로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 활성산소에 의한 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 또는 항산화용 또는 피부노화 방지용 화장료 조성물로 널리 활용될 수 있다. | - |
