| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 온도 센싱 물질 및 온도 센서에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 서로 다른 온도에서 반응하는 복수 종류의 공중합체 및 이와 결합된 형광공명에너지전이 수용체를 이용하여 넓은 범위의 온도를 감지하여, 감지된 온도에 따라 특정 색상의 빛을 발광하는 등 광학적 신호를 생성할 수 있는 온도 센싱 물질 및 온도 센서에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 형광공명에너지전이(FRET) 수용체; 및 서로 다른 복수의 온도에 반응하여 서로 다른 색상의 빛을 발광하는 복수 종류의 공중합체를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 복수의 공중합체는, 제1 온도에 반응하여 형상이 변화하는 제1 온도 감응형 중합체; 형광공명에너지전이(FRET) 현상에 의하여 제1 색상의 빛을 발광하는 제1 형광체; 및 상기 제1 온도 감응형 중합체를 상기 형광공명에너지전이(FRET) 수용체에 결착시키는 결착기를 포함하여 구성되는 제1 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 센싱 물질을 구현하는 효과를 갖는다. | - |
