본 발명은 공기조화 장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 공기 조화장치에는, 제 1 부품 및 제 2 부품을 포함하는 공기조화장치에 있어서, 상기 제 1 부품에 형성되며, 미리 설정된 패턴을 가지는 제 1 접촉부; 및 상기 제 2 부품에 형성되며, 상기 제 1 접촉부에 접촉 가능하게 구비되는 제 2 접촉부가 포함되고, 상기 미리 설정된 패턴에는, 상기 제 1 부품의 일면을 형성하는 표면부; 및 상기 표면부로부터 돌출 또는 함몰 형성되는 요철부가 포함된다.
