| dc.description.abstract | 그래핀 품질 평가 장치는 그래핀(graphene)에 근접하여 배치되는 적어도 하나의 전자석, 전자석에서 변경되는 세기를 가지는 자기장을 생성하도록 전자석에 변경되는 크기를 가지는 전기 신호를 제공하는 구동부, 전자석에서 생성되는 자기장에 의해 그래핀에 유도된 유도 전압을 측정하는 유도 전압 측정부, 및 유도 전압에 기초하여 그래핀의 품질을 평가하는 품질 평가부를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 그래핀 품질 평가 장치는 그래핀의 구조적 결함을 정량화하여 품질을 평가할 수 있다. | - |
