렌즈를 포함하는 안테나 장치는 복수의 안테나 유닛, 상기 복수의 안테나 유닛 중 적어도 하나의 안테나 유닛이 출력하는 전자기파의 위상을 변경하는 렌즈 구조물을 포함한다. 상기 렌즈 구조물은 상기 복수의 안테나 유닛이 서로 다른 방사 패턴을 갖도록 상기 위상을 변경한다.
