유전물질 전달용 지지체 및 이의 용도Support for delivering genetic materials and use thereof
본 발명은 유전물질 전달용 지지체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 유전물질 전달용 지지체는 가파른 곡률을 지닌 액적을 제조할 수 있는, 초소수성 층 표면에 패턴화된 친수성 홀을 포함하며, 이러한 구성으로부터 제조된 액적은 비부착 세포의 구상체 형성을 촉진시킴과 동시에 유전물질의 전달 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 환경을 제공하였는바, 바이러스 벡터와 같은 외부 유전물질의 투여량을 감소시켜 유전자 또는 세포 치료제의 효용성 및 안정성 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
