dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to match the mechanical steering antenna in a radar to the transceiver via rotary joint at X-band. Antenna and transceiver were linearly polarized and used TE10 mode. The rotary joint was made with back to back TE10 and TM01 transitions. The problem of antenna matching while steering was solved for X-band using single channel linear rotary joint.-
