To obtain accurate target information, fusion technique can be used in a multiple radar air defense system. This article proposes a stable track management architecture for hierarchical distributed multiple radar fusion system which consists of multiple subordinate radars and superposed fusion center. It is difficult to apply Track-to-Track association and Track-to-Track fusion technique, which are a basic component of distributed fusion architecture, directly to a radar system which requires high reliability. This paper selected fusion architecture and Track-to-Track fusion method which can improve track fusion performance, and suggested stable track management architecture which contains track merge component. © ICROS 2017.
