dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a 60GHz lowprofile, wideband, and highgain Eshaped patch array with parasitic patches for 60GHz band. To enhance the bandwidth with lowprofile single layer structure, Eshaped patch antenna is applied to form a two resonance frequencies. To increase the antenna gain, parasitic patches are adopted to Eshaped patch array for additional radiation of the antenna array. The height of the antenna is 250um, and the realized gain, 3dB bandwidth, and impedance bandwidth is 20.2dBi, 20.2%, and 23.7%, respectively.-
