A 13.56MHz RFID transceiver SoC supporting ISO/IEC 14443 type A/B, 15693, 18000-3 is proposed in this paper. Before designing the circuit, standard analysis is processed. And also, we did a board level measurement for implementation to a chip level. That is, A RFID transceiver test board using commercial components was configured and tested. Using this test board, we can confirm some considerations for implementing designed transceiver. Based on the test results and considerations, the multi standard 13.56MHz RFID transceiver SoC was designed and fabricated using Chartered 0.18um CMOS technology. Through the chip measurement, designed transceiver system can be operated in multiple standard conditions. ©2009 IEEE.-
