Several vegetation patterns occur in various natural environments. Many previous studies have found that a positive feedback between plants and water is the main factor of the occurrence of vegetation patterns. But there are some vegetation patterns that cannot be explained by only positive feedback between water and plants. As an alternative explanation to these, a negative feedback between plants and soil has been raised as one of the main factors. And Marasco et al.(2014) formulated a toxicity-mediated model. In this paper, we mathematically analyze the toxicity-mediated model. And numerical simulation and turing bifurcation analysis will examine how toxicity and precipitation affect vegetation pattern formation.-
