A self-phase controlled stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugate mirror (SPC-SBS-PCM) enables the coherent beam combination of high power lasers. However, thermal problems in the SBS-PCM should be managed to increase the power limit of the SBS-PCM and the SPC-SBS-PCM. In this paper, five different approach will be presented for the high power SPC-SBS-PCM. And three of them is made and experimented. Also, coherent beam combination using the high power SPC-SBS-PCM will be demonstrated experimentally.
