블록 공중합체의 나노패턴을 이용한 나노-바이오칩의제조방법Method for fabricating a nano-biochip using thenanopattern of block copolymers
본 발명은 블록공중합체(block copolymer)의 자기조립(self-assembly)을 이용하여 블록공중합체의 나노패턴을 형성하고, 이를 이용하여 형성된 바이오 리셉터와 친화력이 있는 금속의 나노패턴에 표적 바이오물질과 결합하는 바이오 리셉터가 선택적으로 부착되어 있는 나노-바이오칩 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 나노-바이오칩을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 리셉터와 결합하거나 반응하는 다양한 표적 바이오물질을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
