본 발명은 직렬 데이터 송수신 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 직렬 통신의 전력을 낮추기 위해 병렬 데이터를 직렬화 하기 전에 이전 데이터와 현재의 데이터를 트랜지션 코딩하여 그 차이만을 직렬화함으로써 신호의 변화를 최소화하여 전송함으로써 직렬데이터 송수신시 전력소모를 최소로 할 수 있는 이점이 있다
