| dc.description.abstract | 금속 또는 금속산화물로 이루어진 씨앗층을 사용하는 미세결정 실리콘 박막 형성방법 및 이를 이용하는 박막형 실리콘 태양전지 제조방법에 관하여 개시하다. 본 발명은, 기판 상에 미세결정 실리콘 박막을 형성하되, 상기 미세결정 실리콘 박막이 증착 초기부터 결정화되도록 상기 미세결정 실리콘 박막을 증착하기 전에 상기 기판 상에 금속 또는 금속산화물로 이루어진 씨앗층을 먼저 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 여기서, 상기 금속 또는 금속산화물은 알루미늄, 니켈, 크롬, 백금, 은, 티타늄, 및 이리듐으로 이루어진 금속군으로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 발명에 의하면, 종래와 같이 반복적인 공정이나 열처리 공정 등과 같은 별도의 결정화 공정을 수반하지 않고 씨앗층의 형성이란 단지 간단한 방법으로 실리콘 박막의 성장 초기부터 실리콘 박막이 결정화되도록 함으로써 매우 얇은 두께의 미세결정 실리콘 박막을 얻을 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 방법으로 박막형 실리콘 태양전지를 제조하면, 단순하고도 저렴한 제작공정으로 성능이 뛰어난 박막형 실리콘 태양전지를 제조할 수 있게 된다. 씨앗층, 결정화, 박막형 실리콘 태양전지, 핵생성 | - |
