자기장 통신을 위한 리더기, 릴레이 센서, 매립센서 및 릴레이 센서를 이용한 자기장 통신 방법이 개시된다. 상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 릴레이 센서를 이용한 자기장 통신 방법은 자기장 통신을 위해 리더기에 의해 지중에 매립된 매립센서로 리더기 출력신호 또는 리더기 출력전력이 출력되는 단계, 상기 매립센서가 출력된 상기 리더기 출력신호 또는 리더기 출력전력에 기초한 제1리더기 신호 또는 제1리더기 전력을 수신하는 단계, 및 상기 매립센서가 상기 리더기와 상기 매립센서 사이에 위치한 릴레이 센서로부터 제2리더기 신호 또는 제2리더기 전력을 수신하는 단계를 포함한다.
