| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 종 모양의 속도 프로파일을 이용한 모터의 속도제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 모터가 도달하는 최종 목표 위치 명령을 발생시키는 단계와; 상기 발생된 최종 목표 위치 명령에 따라서 종 모양 속도 프로파일을 생성하는 단계와; 상기 종 모양 속도 프로파일로부터 제어 신호를 생성하여 모터를 구동하는 모터 구동부로 전송하는 단계와; 상기 종 모양 속도 프로파일로부터 제어신호를 전송받은 모터 구동부가 모터를 제어하는 단계를 포함하도록 구성함으로서, 종 모양 속도 프로파일을 생성하고 생성된 속도 프로파일로부터 제어 신호를 만들어 모터의 구동축을 완만하게 제어할 수 있고 가속도의 미분치인 저크를 줄임으로써 구동축에 부하가 걸린 상태에서도 모터의 구동축에서 발생할 수 있는 급격한 관성력의 변화를 제거할 수 있으며, 또한, 목표 위치가 바뀌는 경우에도 급격한 저크 발생 없이 변경된 목표 위치로 이동하는 속도 프로파일을 생성하여 저크를 크게 감소시키며, 전원단에서 발생될 수 있는 잡음도 함께 해소시킬 수 있다. | - |
