| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 반경화 폴리머/형광체 복합체 필름, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 형광체를 포함하는 필름에 있어서, 형광체, 폴리머 레진, 잠재성 경화제를 포함하며, LED에 사용되는 수백 마이크로 이하의 반경화 폴리머/형광체 복합체 필름, 이의 제조방법 및 반경화 폴리머/형광체 복합체 필름을 이용한 LED 패키지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 폴리머/형광체 복합체 필름의 제조방법은 형광체를 포함하는 필름의 제조에 있어서,형광체와 분산제를 용매에 투입하여 형광체를 용매에 분산시키는 단계,형광체가 함유된 용매에 폴리머 레진과 잠재성 경화제를 투입하여 혼합 및 분산시켜 폴리머/형광체 복합체 슬러리를 얻는 단계,폴리머/형광체 복합체 슬러리를 이형 필름상에 도포하고 건조시켜 반경화된 폴리머/형광체 복합체 필름을 얻는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
