금속수산화물이 도입된 플라스틱 결정 전해질, 그 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 리튬이차전지가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 플라스틱 결정 전해질은 금속수산화물을 포함하며, 본 발명에 따른 플라스틱 결정 전해질은 친환경적이며 인체에 무해한 금속수산화물 무기계 화합물을 도입하여 플라스틱 결정 전해질을 제조함으로써, 고온에서도 연소가 억제 또는 완화될 수 있다.
