기계적인 스위치를 이용한 메모리 어레이, 그의 제어 방법, 기계적인 스위치를 이용한 표시 장치 및 그의 제어 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 기계적인 스위치를 이용한 메모리 어레이는 다수의 워드 라인들, 다수의 비트 라인들 및 게이트 전극과, 드레인 전극과, 소스 전극을 포함하는 다수의 기계적인 스위치들을 포함한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 기계적인 스위치를 이용한 표시 장치는 다수의 스캔 라인들, 다수의 데이터 라인들 및 게이트 전극과, 드레인 전극과, 소스 전극을 포함하는 다수의 기계적인 스위치들을 포함한다.
